We start by getting the foundation right. Before anything gets designed or posted, I build your Blueprint:

  • Positioning: who you are for, what you stand for, and why you win

  • Brand identity: logo system, colors, typography, and the visual language that makes you recognizable

  • A written growth plan: a clear, documented strategy for how we grow your brand over the next year, with priorities and milestones

The Blueprint is the strategy the entire engine runs on. Nothing gets published on a guess.

Phase Two

The Engine

Once the Blueprint is set, I run your full ongoing marketing engine every month:

  • Social media: planned, designed, and managed so your feed stays consistent and on-brand

  • Email marketing: campaigns and nurture that keep you in front of your people

  • Content and SEO: content built to get found and to move the right visitors toward you

  • Branded graphics: on-demand design for whatever the month calls for

  • Website upkeep: your site kept current, fast, and accurate

  • KPI dashboard: one clear dashboard so you always know what is working and what it is producing

  • Quarterly refresh: every quarter we step back, review the numbers, and refresh the strategy so the engine keeps improving

  • The Full Brand Engine is a monthly partnership. Because the Blueprint front-loads the strategy work, I ask for a real commitment of at minimum 3 months so the engine has time to compound. We talk through the specifics on our call.

  • My other retainers keep specific pieces running. The Full Brand Engine is the whole thing: strategy, identity, and every channel, built and managed by me. It is the top tier.

  • I retired it. The old one-time build handed you a brand and walked away. The Full Brand Engine builds the same foundation and then actually runs it with you, month after month.

  • Only a few at a time. That is what keeps it founder-direct and keeps the quality where it needs to be. If the roster is full, you get the next opening.
