Creative Kickoff Call + Agreement: We’ll start with a chat to learn more about your business, discuss your goals, and answer any questions about our process and pricing. If we're a perfect match, we'll send over a contract, an initial invoice, a project schedule, and all the information you need to know to reserve your brand design project officially.

Pre-Game Prep + Game Plan Strategy Call: Once you're added to our schedule, we'll collaborate with you to gather additional information about your business, collect inspiration, prepare any necessary writing, and conduct light market research. Then, we'll review our game plan, answer any final questions, and start your project!

Rough Sketches: We'll come up with three sketches of potential logo concepts. Although these will be rough, the three we present will be the best and most effective recommended ideas out of a dozen! We'll then hop on a call with you to select your favorite and gather feedback.

Flight Paths: Now that we understand your vision more clearly, we’ll develop your favorite logo. We'll create a logo design draft paired with one mockup, a color palette, and a typography kit for your logo concept. We'll present it to you, and gather feedback, and together, we'll move forward in finalizing your design! You'll have up to 2 free revisions to perfect your logo!

Final Touch-Ups: You have a logo, colors, and fonts you love! Yay! It's time to build your additional brand assets! We'll create white and black versions of your logo and any other brand collateral in your package, such as letterheads, email signatures, business cards, or anything else. We'll present them all to you, and you'll have two free rounds of revisions before we finalize all your files!

Delivery: Congratulations! We're all done! After you approve your final brand package, we'll export your designs for both print and web and prepare them for delivery. You'll have a week of email support after your project to answer any final questions you may have!

Having built many brands, I understand the frustration when your logo, website, or even your whole brand doesn't feel like you. Have you ever looked at someone else's brand and thought, "How did they make it look so good?" I'm here to help you feel good about your brand again.
Branding can be tricky sometimes. Even for me, a brand designer, it took me a while to get it right. But it's time to move past clip-art designs, basic templates, and designs that don't excite you. Together, we can give your brand a makeover that attracts more customers, makes more sales, and unlocks your business's full potential.

A foolproof system that makes it easy for you to create content for your brand and a visual guide that allows you to streamline decisions about fonts, colors, or graphics. The turnaround time for your branding project may vary depending on the project size, how closely we work together, and how many revisions we need to make. Typically, our brand design process takes 2 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on which package you choose.

Our branding packages offer various design services, including alternative logo variants, letterhead creation, business card design, and email signature creation. Each branding package includes a logo design, the development of a color palette, and a selection of fonts. Additionally, we provide brand guidelines for consistency and one week of email support to answer questions after completing the project.

Payments are milestone based, with equal payments made on a weekly schedule.

Our branding packages include several revisions, depending on your chosen package. Typically, we offer two rounds of revisions for your flight paths and 2-4 rounds of revisions for your final brand collateral. This ensures that you are satisfied with the final product.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel your branding project.
We offer a cancellation policy that allows for flexibility while still protecting our time and resources. Since our payments are milestone-based, cleared milestones cannot be refunded.
However, if you need to cancel your project before all milestones are completed, we require a 5% cancellation fee of the remaining cost. This ensures that we are compensated for work completed and allows us to allocate our resources to other projects. You are free to cancel your project at any time, and we are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have about the cancellation process.

Yes, we offer website design services in addition to our branding packages. Our website design services can be purchased separately. To get started, designing a website requires at least a logo, color palette, and typography kit. So, if you don’t already have a brand, start here! We’ll figure out your website right after.
If you need a quick website to start promoting your brand, consider scheduling two or three VIP Design Sprints with us. Day 1 can focus on your branding, Day 2 on your website foundation, and Day 3 can cover any additional touch-ups or assets you need to be created.

Yes, we can work with your existing branding materials and incorporate them into the new design as needed. Additionally, we can update and refresh your current branding to give it a more modern and cohesive look.
