Hey, I’m Faye.

I’m the designer and creative strategist behind Constant Creates. Alongside my work with business owners, I collaborate with agencies on selected projects and ongoing creative support.

I bring experience working within an agency, an eye for the details, and a practical approach to feedback and handoff. You set the client direction; I help turn the brief into thoughtful design.

  • I can work behind the scenes under your agency’s branding. Before we begin, we agree how the work will be presented, who communicates with the client, and any confidentiality or portfolio-use terms.

  • I’m open to reviewing a mutual NDA before we begin. We can talk through the confidentiality your agency and client need as part of the project agreement.

  • We agree the billing arrangement before work starts. For agency partnerships, we can arrange for your agency to manage the client relationship and pay me for the agreed creative scope. Payment dates and milestones go in the proposal.

  • Yes. If your team needs recurring support, we can plan a monthly scope around the work you expect to bring in. We agree capacity, priorities, review rounds, and turnaround before starting.
