Full-Service Design Projects.

At Constant Creates, we prioritize delivering high-quality design services to our clients while ensuring their protection. That's why we offer services on a milestone basis, where each milestone refers to a significant achievement or goal that marks the progress of the project. Payments are broken down into equal weekly payments per milestone until the project is completed. Milestone payments are made only after the approval of the current milestone. This way, your designer cannot proceed to the next step until receiving payment confirming your approval, and you can cancel before paying for work you don't like.

  • Clients can cancel their project at any time before the completion of a milestone without any penalty. However, any payment made towards the milestone will be non-refundable as it confirms your approval of the work done so far.

  • Once a milestone is completed, we do not offer refunds on the payment made for that particular milestone.

  • If you are not satisfied with the finished product, you can request up to 3 revisions per milestone until you are satisfied. With most projects, three (3) free revisions for the entire project duration are allotted, but all additional revisions will be billed at 25% of the cost of the current milestone.

  • Refunds will only be provided if the client cancels the project seven (7) days before the start of the first milestone.

To ensure we’re all on the same page, we request our clients to carefully review the proposal and specifications we provide and communicate any concerns or questions before starting the project.

VIP Design Sprint.

At Constant Creates, we are dedicated to providing the best VIP experience to our clients. We believe in transparency and fair policies when it comes to refunds and cancellations. We would like to inform our clients that once the VIP Design Sprint service is booked, there will be no refunds. This is because we begin the process immediately, and resources are allocated towards the service.

To book your VIP Design Sprint, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due the morning of your VIP Day. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your VIP Day, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. If you provide us with 7 days’ notice, we will offer a 50% discount on your security deposit. This discount will be credited back to your original payment method.
