Your guide through a seamless design experience.
Animation Discovery Call + Agreement: We’ll start with a chat to learn more about your business, discuss your goals, and answer any questions about our process and pricing. If we're a perfect match, we'll send over a contract, an initial invoice, a project schedule, and all the information you need to know to reserve your animation project officially.

Pre-Game Prep + Game Plan Strategy Call: Once you're added to our schedule, we'll collaborate with you to gather additional information about you and your brand, collect inspiration, prepare any necessary references, and get your script. Once all the pre-work is finished, we'll review our game plan, answer any final questions, and start your project!

Sketch + Rough Storyboard: We’ll kick off the project with a sketch of your ideas. 1-2 Sketches per action will build a storyboard that allows you to see and understand what your animation will look like. These will be very rough concept sketches and will be worked on until you’re 100% on board before we lock anything in. We’ll keep going until we’ve agreed on what movements and basic timing will get you the perfect video.

Character Design: What’s a cartoon without a character? We’ll start drawing the main character of your story, and once we’ve decided on your main character, we’ll start building a supporting cast for them if necessary. You’ll receive turnarounds of each reoccurring character.

Animation: Now that we have a solidified concept and a character you’re connected to, we’ll start animating each action, starting with a cleaner sketch, lineart, background coloring, and, lastly, character/prop animation on top of each scene.

Special Effects, Transitions + Compositing: Upon approval of each animated scene, we’ll start putting all the design and animation assets together! We’ll edit them together, add any sound effects, music, voiceovers, or visual effects needed to elevate your project and craft the perfect animation that connects with your audience.

Delivery: Congratulations! We're all done! After you’ve approved your final product, we’ll export your video in 720p, 1080p, and 4k resolution to prepare it for delivery. You’ll have a week of email support after your project to answer any final questions you may have!

Continuous Support: Now that you've finished a project with us, you'll have access to our Top Secret Design Services, such as flyer & brochure design, email marketing template design, and so much more! We're so excited to have you around! :)

Please aim to book at least 5 weeks before you need the project completed.
The timeline for an animation project can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Typically, our more complex projects take around 5 weeks per minute of animation to complete, and our simpler projects take about 1 week per action, but we work closely with our clients to establish timelines and ensure that we meet their deadlines and deliverables.
We can simplify the animation process to get work done faster, without tanking the animation quality. -
Payments are milestone based, with equal payments made on a weekly schedule.

The cost of an animation project can vary depending on a variety of factors, including the length of the animation, the complexity of the visuals, and the level of detail required. Pricing can range anywhere from $450 - $20,000+, but we offer customized quotes for each project based on our clients' specific needs and budget, and we work with them to find a solution that fits within their financial constraints.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel your animation project.
We offer a cancellation policy that allows for flexibility while still protecting our time and resources. Since our payments are milestone-based, cleared milestones cannot be refunded.
However, if you need to cancel your project before all milestones are completed, we require a 5% cancellation fee of the remaining cost. This ensures that we are compensated for work completed and allows us to allocate our resources to other projects. You are free to cancel your project at any time, and we are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have about the cancellation process.

While we don't offer scriptwriting services ourselves, we're happy to work with you to bring your existing script to life through animation. We recommend that you come to us with a fully developed script (or song, or story) so that we can focus on our expertise of designing and animating to ensure the best possible results. If you need help developing your script, we suggest reaching out to an expert writer or consultant who can provide guidance and support. We're here to bring your story to life through animation, and we look forward to working with you to make that happen!

This could be a change in the movement, position, or expression of a character or object. The key to creating a captivating animated video is to have enough unique actions to bring the story to life, without overwhelming the audience.
Let's take a scene where a girl and her dog are taking a walk beside a pond in a park. Here's how we might break down the unique actions:The girl and her dog are walking normally beside the pond in the park.
A butterfly flies across the pond.
The dog notices the butterfly.
The dog runs off and the girl drops the leash.
The girl chases the dog.
Each of these actions represents a significant change in the scene, and require separate animations.
