Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Introduction
By participating in the Constant Creates referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
DEFINITIONS
Referrer: The individual or business making the referral.
Referred Client: The new client being referred to Constant Creates.
Referral Credit: A $150 credit toward the referrer’s next eligible Constant Creates project after a successful referral.
ELIGIBILITY
The referral program is open to individuals and businesses whose referral is recorded through the Client Application Form and confirmed by Constant Creates.
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Constant Creates.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, share the Client Application Form and ask the new client to name you in the “Who referred you?” field.
Refer clients to Constant Creates by sharing the Client Application Form and ensuring they name you or your business in the “Who referred you?” field.
REFERRAL CREDITS
A successful referral earns the following project credit:
$150 off the referrer’s next eligible Constant Creates project.
The $150 credit becomes available after Constant Creates receives the referred client’s signed project agreement and deposit.
The reward is a project credit, not a cash payment or commission.
REFERRAL TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Referrals must be acknowledged by the referred client in the “Who referred you?” field of the Client Application Form.
Constant Creates will confirm the referral and provide regular updates on the referral status.
CREDIT TERMS
Constant Creates records the confirmed $150 credit and applies it to the referrer’s next eligible project proposal or invoice.
Referrers should mention their confirmed credit when requesting their next project.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Constant Creates reserves the right to disqualify any referrals suspected of being fraudulent or not in good faith.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND TERMINATION
Constant Creates reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
Any changes to the referral program will be communicated to existing participants via email.
Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice to Constant Creates.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information regarding referred clients will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of the referral program.
Referral partners agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information about Constant Creates or its clients.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Manatee County, Florida, United States.
Participants agree to attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.
NON-COMPETE
Referrals must not engage in competing services to those offered by Constant Creates during their participation in the referral program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Constant Creates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the referral program.
The maximum liability for any claim arising from the referral program will not exceed the amount of the referral credit.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
Any legal proceedings arising from these terms will be conducted in the courts of Florida, United States.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in the referral program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the referral program.
