Your investment in a VIP Design Sprint secures our undivided attention and expertise for the entire day, focusing on your specified priorities. While we aim to complete your prioritized tasks within the day, please note that the investment is for our time and effort, not for a guaranteed set of specific deliverables. In most cases, we successfully achieve the agreed-upon objectives. But, there are times when additional sprints may be necessary to complete further items from your wishlist.

We limit bookings to a 4 per month to ensure the highest quality of service.
Our streamlined system is designed for maximum productivity and efficiency in a minimal timeframe. Successful outcomes depend heavily on the client completing all prep work before the sprint and being available for prompt feedback during the sprint.

Typically, the VIP Design Sprint is broken down into two payments of $675, half to secure your VIP Day in our calendar and half after to receive all your design files, or you can save $100 by paying in full upfront.

How Our VIP Design Sprint Works

We typically have a schedule that's booked a couple of few weeks in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your spot. This lead time also allows you enough time to prepare all the materials and information we’ll need from you.

Our VIP Design Sprint, which includes a full day of dedicated design work, is priced at $1350. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due the morning of the sprint.
All payment is due by the time your VIP Day has begun! If you need to reschedule or push back your VIP Day to allow more time to pay your bill, that is always an option. It will be an additional $250.
You can save $100 by paying in full upfront, bringing your total cost to $1250.
We also offer monthly payment plans of:

3 monthly payments of $500
4 monthly payments of $350
6 monthly payments of $250
We do not offer monthly payment plans below $250. You’ll be able to use all your design files, but you won’t own the rights to them until they are paid in full.
To make it as convenient as possible for our clients, we accept various payment methods including major credit cards, and bank transfers using our secure client portal, Honeybook.

The biggest difference between a VIP Design Sprint and a full service package is the close start date and quick turnaround time. You skip the waiting list and get express service, but this is not a full custom project design experience. You’re paying for a day of our time, not the deliverables, and we just happen to be pretty good at getting brand designs, marketing collateral, and small websites done in a day!
Our custom full service design projects include extensive market research, a more in-depth brand strategy, more deliverables, and more time and energy put into your design. This slower approach is also much more effective for people new to the design process.

Anything your 8 hours allows, so… a lot! Our sprints are highly productive and can cover a range of tasks, including creating sales pages, brand identities, social media graphics, and more. The exact deliverables will depend on your specific needs and our pre-sprint planning.

Yes, you’ll need to be available for maximum success of the sprint. We’ll have 3 scheduled check-ins through the day for progress reviews and feedback. The more available you are, the more we can accomplish.

Of course, you can! If your project requires more time, we can talk about booking back-to-back design sprints or even an extra half day at a discounted rate. Schedule as many as you need, and we’ll take care of you, and we offer discounts on bulk design days:

Your Pre-Game Prep Includes:
Creating a prioritized design wishlist.
Gathering copywriting.
Gathering any existing brand assets, images, brand guidelines, and graphics.
Answering questions to gauge your ideal project

We ask that you have these all ready for us 5 days before your VIP Day to ensure a smooth process. Please don’t stress, though! We’ll offer some tips, a checklist, and reminders to help keep you organized!

You’re free to reschedule your VIP Day anytime! Just let us know three days in advance, and we’ll send you a calendar link to reschedule!

Yes, all design assets created during your VIP Day are 100% owned by you upon receiving final payment, we will provide all final design files, including source files, ensuring you have everything you need for your brand's future use.

You will have one week of email support after your VIP Design Sprint! If you need additional last-minute designs, you can always book another VIP Design day. You’ll also be invited to join our Friday’s with Faye newsletter where we’ll sometimes offer freebies and discounts as a surprise!
