Overview: During my time at Rooks Advertising Agency, I had the opportunity to lead social media efforts for Gulf Coast Air Systems, a Florida-based HVAC company. My role involved managing their Instagram and Facebook social media presence using Sprout Social and designing visually engaging, SEO-conscious content that would expand their reach and improve local visibility. From promoting emergency repair services to educating homeowners on system care and financing options, I created posts that balanced strategy with clarity, supporting both lead generation and brand trust across platforms.
