During my time at Rooks Advertising, I served as the lead social media strategist and content designer for Gulf Coast Air Systems, an HVAC company based in Bradenton, Florida. My role focused on planning, designing, and scheduling content that promoted their repair and maintenance services, while also educating their audience on how to care for their HVAC systems year-round.

Using Sprout Social to manage and schedule posts, I developed a consistent content rhythm that combined seasonal promotions, maintenance tips, service reminders, and branded visuals to strengthen engagement and trust with their local audience. Each post was designed with clarity, brand consistency, and client value in mind.
